Action Planning Survey

The Closing the Food Gap symposium on November 10, 2011 featured two facilitated action planning sessions providing participants with the opportunity to express concerns and voice ideas. Each session focused on identifying gaps and needs within the regional food shed and developing ideas, opportunities and strategies to cultivate collaborative alliances.

This survey provides an opportunity for individuals and organizations that were not able to join the symposium to include their thoughts and ideas. We invite and encourage everyone with an interest in food issues to take part in this survey - especially those in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties (& Beyond!)

After completing the survey, please feel free to forward to others who are involved in food access, availability, and usage issues.  Thank you!
